Today it was held the Traditional Literary Meeting “Azem Shkreli” in Dusseldorf. Being organized by the League of Albanian Writers, Artists and Creators in Germany, this event gets held every year in different German cities, bringing together creators, artists and many lovers of the written word.
The event was also attended by Mr. Lazim Destani, member of the Diaspora Coordination Council.
In his greeting speech, he highly appreciated the creative and patriotic activity of our prominent writer and poet, Azem Shkreli, with whom he had close relations and a lot of time spent together.
During this literary event, beautiful recitals dedicated to the poet Azem Shkreli were presented and at the end of it, two books by authors Martin Quni and Sead Ramadani were promoted.
